Mahesh Babu was last seen in Maharshi, directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Though the film raked in the moolah at the box office, it received mixed reviews from critics and audience. Now, the actor is eagerly waiting for the release on his upcoming film, Sarileru Neekevvaru.
The family drama, directed by Anil Ravipudi, is gearing up for a grand release on January 11. Ahead of the film's release, Mahesh Babu found some time off his busy schedule to visit Shiridi Sai Baba temple to seek blessings from the Lord.
As soon as the people knew about Mahesh Babu's arrival at Shiridi, many of his fans gathered near the temple to catch a glimpse of the story. Looking at the photos, Mahesh Babu kept his look quite casual with a sandal shirt and blue denim.
In an earlier interview, Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar revealed that the actor will take three months to break from work to spend quality time with family. She spoke to Deccan Chronicle and said, "Yes, Mahesh is taking a three-month break after the release of Sarileru Neekevvaru in January. He wants to just float through some time, be on his own, spend time with (his children) Gautam and Tara. He will also prepare for his next film."
